MOUNTAINEER’S PHYSIOLOGY

At AltiEdge, we bridge the gap between training science and the real demands of high-altitude climbing. Our approach builds cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and neuromuscular adaptation - the three foundations that determine how your body performs at elevation.

Using biometric data and smartwatch tracking, we personalize weekly workout plans and continuously adapt your training load, ensuring every session brings maximum efficiency and progress.

Nutrition Strategy

At extreme altitudes, the body can burn up to 15,000 KCals a day — and every calorie counts. Our nutrition strategy is designed around this reality, blending mountaineering experience with medical insights to create plans that are personalized, sustainable, and effective.

From fueling daily training sessions to sustaining long expeditions, we help you eat for endurance, recovery, and peak performance.

Altitude Illness & Emergency Response

Preparation is the best defense against risk. We train you to identify, prevent, and manage altitude-related challenges like AMS, HAPE, HACE, frostbite, and snow blindness.

With a strong focus on wilderness first aid and emergency response, you’ll learn how to act swiftly and decisively to safeguard yourself and your team when it matters most.

Technical Prowess
