How to take the test
For best experience, we suggest you go through all the questions once and read the explanations associated to them. Then fill the data once you have all the answers. Some of the questions are generic which you will be able to answer right away. However, some require specific response that you might want to try out first, like “how many pushups can you do in a minute”. There are also some questions which might require a smart watch or heart rate monitor. These include “Resting Heart Rate” or ‘Max Heart Rate”. If you dont use a smart watch, you can use a heart rate monitor or pulse oxymeter. Or else, just put an approximate value.
